The website for Adamant Entertainment’s new transmedia series, FAR WEST, is now live, with content coming soon. FAR WEST is a steampunk mash-up of spaghetti westerns and chinese wuxia, presented in fiction, a webseries, art, mobile applications, and a tabletop RPG which will be available in PDF for FREE (and in other formats as well).

Western… Wuxia… WILD.

Adamant Entertainment is back from our annual trip to GenCon in Indianapolis, and I’m pleased to report that this year was a record-breaker!

We where there as part of our print partnership with Cubicle 7, along with fellow partners Triple Ace Games, Khepera Publishing and more. (In addition to being a print partner as Adamant, I also do consulting and various jobs for Cubicle 7, including North American convention representation — so there were multiple hats worn during this show!)

We knew it was going to be a good show when we had more than doubled our sales from GenCon 2009 by the end of the first day.

HOLY SOCKS.

What a show. Busy, busy, busy — so much so, that I wasn’t able to meet up with several colleagues (we couldn’t get our schedules ironed out). Every publisher I’ve spoken with reported the same thing — Sales were up. WAY up — and so was enthusiasm.

So now, show over, we’ve returned back to base, and gotten back to work on our forthcoming releases for THRILLING TALES, MARS, PATHFINDER, ICONS and more. Keep an eye here for announcements.
