Role-playing Games

Adamant is currently accepting pitches from freelance writers for our MARS and Thrilling Tales lines. We’re primarily looking for adventures of between 5,000 and 20,000 words, to be released as PDFs. We are willing to consider longer projects, multi-part releases, sourcebooks and projects geared specifically for print release rather than PDF, provided that the pitch is compelling.

Familiarity with our MARS and Thrilling Tales settings, as well as the rules upon which they are based — Savage Worlds — is required.

Payment rates are negotiable, based upon experience, and are available in flat rates or royalty percentages on net sales. Interested writers should send an email outlining their proposals to submissions@adamantentertainment.com.

Adamant is not currently seeking freelance writers for our forthcoming ICONS or TALES OF NEW CROBUZON lines — those efforts are being staffed from our existing pool of writers.

»Artists

Role-playing Games

Adamant is actively seeking artists for the following game lines:

• MARS: Color covers and greyscale interiors, in the sword-and-planet/planetary romance genre. Think along the lines of Frazetta, Gianni, etc.
• TALES OF NEW CROBUZON: Color interior artwork based upon the works of China Miéville, for our licensed RPG set in his Bas-Lag universe.

Other Media

Adamant is currently seeking a sequential artist for a graphic novel project, which will be spearheaded with a full branded website launch and world-wide print release.

We’re looking for someone who can handle a combination of the styles of Good Girl Art and Incal/Métal Hurlant-style Science Fiction. If this is you, contact Adamant Entertainment’s Director, Gareth-Michael Skarka, with links to samples of your work.

»Other

Adamant Entertainment is currently looking for freelancers in the following areas:

• Graphic Designer/Layout: Proficient in InDesign, for fast turnaround of page layouts following provided templates.
• Objective-C Programmer: For iPad and iPhone App development.
• Animators: Able to work in Toon Boom Studio or Flash.
